The name comes from the founders’ parents who grew up in Monaco. Like the French Riviera, the restaurant is the intersection of different flavors, cultures, and experiences.

Joseph Febles is the name, creating culinary masterpiece is the game! Having developed his cooking skills quite early, Joseph took apprenticeship under a few world-renowned top chefs such as Jason Fullilove and Joachim Splichal. He traveled all over the globe drawing inspiration from various cultures and further sharpening his skills. His expertise introduced him to an exciting opportunity as Executive Chef at Monaco. Joseph is now making a mark in the culinary world and contributing to Monaco’s esteemed gastronomic reputation by combining his passion for food and his Mexican and Italian heritage.
While the restaurant is closed, we remain open for private events, and we also offer offices, a conference room, and a ghost kitchen for rent.
